We ship worldwide and aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders. delivery times are there as an indication and NG is not liable for nor determines any custom clearance charges your country may impose. if you gave an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable and if the item is returned to us you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

In rare instances delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.
